She is kind and caring toward her pack. She always tries to help out wolves if they are in trouble. She is also strong and bold. The only problem with her is that she is sometimes too trusting, as she likes to see the best in other wolves. She likes to be active and doesn't like to ever be sitting around doing nothing. She is very adventurous and bold. She also really enjoys hunting, though believes in killing only for food, and that they shouldn't waste any.
History:
Maika was born into a small pack of wolves living at the edge of a forest. Beyond the forest was a small mountain. As a pup Maika was very playful and mischievous. She loved running about in the forest and playing with the other pups in the pack. Her curious nature, however, was always wondering what was over the mountain.
When she got older, she became an apprentice to one of the packs best fighters. She'd train hard most days, always finding time to hunt as well. By the time she was two, she'd become a fighter, and was soon training an apprentice of her own.
However soon she was growing tired of life in the pack. She longed for adventure and once more, felt drawn to the mountain. She decided to leave the pack. She left discretely, bidding farewell to a few close friends, and her family, then left.
She traveled toward the mountain, taking only short breaks now and then. For the first few days all was well. With her quick pace she was soon at the middle of the mountain. But now the path was getting harder and she was getting more and more tired. She started going around the mountain, deciding that to go to the top may be too far. Then she was going downhill. This was much easier. Still, by the time she'd reached the bottom she was exhausted.
She found that this side of the hill was a large river. It size was so immense that when she stood on one side, she could hardly see the other. She wanted to cross it. But knew she'd need to rest first.
After a day by the river, she noticed the scent of another wolf. It was new, so she followed it curiously. She came across a black fea. She approached cautiously, and when the fea didn't reacte aggressively, she started to speak to her and the two soon became friends.
She soon discovered that the fea, named Darla, was to cross the lake to try to join a pack she had heard of that lived on the over side. Maika decided to go with her, as the solitary life wasn't for her. Darla knew of an island in the middle of the river. She was sure they'd be able to swim to it, then they could rest there, before continuing their journey to the other side.
They set off early in the morning and by midday they dragged themselves onto the sands of the island, exhausted and cold. They stayed there all evening sleeping on the beach, then during the night they raced across the small island, stopping only to hunt in the forested center. By morning they reached the other side and, after resting for a short time, they began a swim once more. This time it took longer and the journey was much worse. They were soon too worn out to carry on, but how could they stop when they were in the middle of the river? They tried to keep going, but soon the current got stronger and they struggled to keep above water. Before they knew it they blacked out. The nxt thing they knew, they were among a pack of wolves. They told them that two pack members had found them on the shore and that they had dragged them here. They stayed in the pack, were Maiki eventually became beta.
RPG Example:
The scent wafted through the air. Her nose twitched as it reached her. She raised her head cautiously. That smell hadn't been there before. The stood cautiously. It was the scent of another wolf. She frowned. She hadn't seen anyone about. She looked about, but could see no one. Her ears swivelled this way and that, but she couldn't hear any evidence that the wolf was nearby. She began to follow the scent, keeping her wits about her as she went. After only minutes of trailing the scent, she found it's owner beside the river. A small black fea, her amber eyes staring down into the water. Maika took a step towards her, purposly breaking a twig as she did so, wanting to find out if the fea would be friendly or not. She held her breath as she awaited her reaction.
